About

I focus on helping you become more comfortable with yourself by tailoring my approach to your needs.  Together, we work to discover how you can thrive in your life, your relationships and the world you navigate on a daily basis.  I provide you the opportunity to confidentially share your story in order to identify, recognize and voice intense emotions, so you can start moving the blocks that inhibit you from living to your fullest potential.

Before changing careers to become a therapist, I worked in marketing and development, mostly for not-for-profit organizations and universities. I changed careers mid-life for a more rewarding professional experience.  I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University.  Currently, I am a Pre-Licensure Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) in the state of Tennessee.  I practice under the mentoring and supervision of Laura Anderson, LMFT, whose license is #976.
