Relationship Therapy

Whether you want to participate in couples therapy to enhance your current relationship or have reached a point where one or both of you are profoundly disappointed within the relationship, couples therapy provides a safe place to become attuned to what is happening between you and to determine how to move forward. We begin with no assumptions and no expectations other than a firm belief that open, honest communication is critical. My goal is to help you reveal the truth about your relationship by focusing on restoring connection and trust while improving communication and problem solving.
