Group Therapy
I keep my groups intentionally small and intimate – limited to just four participants for optimal interaction. Group therapy involves structured discussions and exercises that promote healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. Unlike individual therapy, group sessions encourage peer support and accountability, offering real-world insights from others who share similar experiences. Each session lasts 1.5 hours for a commitment of 10 weeks.

Imposter Syndrome Group Therapy

Are you plagued by nagging feelings that you are unworthy, inadequate, or don't belong? Do you live in fear that you are going to be found out and discovered as an imposter? This group provides a space to process what triggers your Imposter Syndrome and develop strategies to help you work towards feeling more worthy and fulfilled in your life.

Schedule: This group will meet from 5:30pm - 7:00pm weekly on Wednesdays starting on August 27, 2025 and running through October 29, 2025.
Requirements: Free consultation is required before joining group.
Cost: $100 per session. Reduced rates are available based upon need.
